The rules, in plain words

What gets bought

• A coin has to be between $30K and $500K market cap. Under that it is usually a dead launch; over it the coin needs a different play (big caps are on paper).
• Green = 20 minutes to 3 hours old, buyers ahead of sellers in the last 5–10 minutes, liquidity not draining. Yellow = a probe at half size on Solana. Red = skip.
• Red flags, measured on tonight's own trades: pool under $10K liquidity (half of those rugged), a launch bundle in the top holders (44% rugged), top-10 wallets holding 17.5%+ of supply (40% rugged), a dev who minted 100+ coins, sellers ahead of buyers, liquidity leaving, already up 1500% on the hour (5000% for the pump lane), older than a day.
• Callers on the follow list skip most of those gates. Callers on the ignore list are skipped.
• Sizes: HOOD 0.004 ETH per trade, Solana 0.04 SOL, BSC/Base about $2–3; every wallet is fully deployable (100%), slots = wallet ÷ clip. The dip lane can hold two at once.

How it gets out

• Rugs first: if the liquidity is pulled, the dev sells, the top holders start dumping, or a sell reverts, out immediately.
• Stall bank: sitting at +10–19% for 3 minutes without reaching +20% ended red 15 times out of 16 tonight, so it banks there (whole position on HOOD, half on Solana).
• Target: +20% takes half (all of it on HOOD, one sale saves the gas). Runners take a quarter at 1.5x and a quarter at 2x.
• Run past the target: if 50+ wallets are still buying when the target hits, it does not sell; the target becomes a floor at 96% of it and the rest rides.
• Free trade: once profit is banked, the rest is closed at break-even if the coin comes back to entry. No winner turns into a loser. This floor is never held open by strong buying.
• Initials out: at 1.8x it pulls the original stake and lets the remainder ride for free.
• Fading: losing, sellers ahead of buyers, holders not growing (or the dev selling) = out now. Buyers still coming in, holders growing, dev holding = hold.
• Dead tape: 15 minutes with fewer than 10 buyers and no move = out. Salvage: at 0.35x with a dead tape, out (only 9% ever recover from there).
• Give-back: a coin that touched +15% and fell back to entry without a take-profit is cut before it becomes a loser.

Auto-tuned every 30 minutes

• The bot replays every trade of the last 6 hours through the exit rules with different take-profit, trail, floor and stall settings and keeps whatever would have returned the most, if it beats the current setting by 3%+ on 40+ trades. Current:
• hood: take profit at 1.5x, trail 20% off the high, break-even floor 1x, stall bank at 1.1x after 120s (set 10:15:56 PM from 295 replayed trades: 0.97x → 1.01x)
• solana: take profit at 1.5x, trail 30% off the high, break-even floor 1x, stall bank at 1.2x after 300s (set 8:09:38 AM from 60 replayed trades: 0.95x → 0.98x)
• entry gates: pool liquidity floor $10000, top-10 ceiling 18%, already-ran ceiling 800% (set 5:35:59 AM: 1.18x → 1.04x)

What is live vs paper

• Live money: calls on Solana, runners, HOOD dips, Solana pumps (paper), HOOD sniper (paper).
• Paper: big caps over $500K, adding to a dip, the first-90-seconds sniper, and every strategy in the table above with PAPER on it. A paper strategy graduates when it has 20+ trades at 1.05x or better on honest prices.
• Every paper trade is priced at the friction we actually pay: HOOD 3% in / 5% out plus gas (measured on 19 real $10 fills), Solana 8% each way. Measured live: a Solana sale returns about 92% of the chart price on a $4 clip (81% on a fast-falling coin), a HOOD sale 95–98%; so "break-even on the chart" is roughly −8% in the wallet on Solana and −12% on a $5 HOOD clip once gas is counted.
